May 13, 2023Video: Pizza Vending Machines Could Be The Next Big Thing
Weekdays 3:00pm - 8:00pm
Pizza vending machines could be the next big thing when it comes to earning passive income. Mac's Pizza Pub in the Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati has been testing one such machine recently, and there has been a line around the block with people hoping to do their own taste test.
According to an article by Emily Sanderson on KCCI.com, the owner of this establishment not only has a couple of machines right in the window of the restaurant, they are about to be placed all over the city, including a bunch of them at the University of Cincinnati.
Sanderson's article explains that Mac's Pizza Pub vending machines make a pizza with homemade ingredients in about three minutes. Customers can pay for the pie through the restaurant's mobile app, or with a credit or debit card right their on the vending machine's touch screen. Mac's vending machines not only serve up hot pizza pies, they can also serve up chicken wings, cookies, cheesecake, and more.
Here's a news story from about a year ago I found on YouTube, which highlights an entrepreneur who was creating his own pizza vending machine. Just wanted you to see how these things work.
Pretty cool, and certainly convenient if you want to grab a bite to eat in a hurry. But have you ever had a great meal from a vending machine? I know there's a " Pizza ATM" machine serving up slices of pizza at the Linq Hotel and Casino here in Las Vegas. The reviews on YouTube were mixed. Some liked their slice, some didn't.
Have you tried pizza from a vending machine yet? Will you ever try it? I don't know if I am a pizza snob or anything, but I grew up in New York City, so pizza is practically running through my veins. I don't just enjoy New York City or Brooklyn style pizza either. I have tasted some excellent pies in Chicago, Detroit, and Neopolitan-style. In the age of robotics and artificial intelligence, I guess I’m just going to have to get used to the idea of pizza from a vending machine.
Whether I decide to try it or not, I can certainly see why entrepreneurs would invest in these machines. They would make good money on college campuses, or even at stadiums and arenas where the lines are so long to grab something to eat or drink. We will probably be seeing similar machines popping up everywhere in the days and years to come.

Extra pepperoni please… Vegas has delicious pizza and many different kinds. Looking for margarita? We got you covered. Supreme? Check. Classic cheese? Check.
Whether you’re looking for New York, Chicago or Neapolitan style there are plenty of fresh pies to go around. Dedicated pizza connoisseurs will go to war with you on what the best style of pizza is but regardless the taste is still magical with every bite. Pizza is an international delicacy that has been consumed for many years.
The origin of the word "Pizza" is a little unclear but Dictionary.com states many etymologists believe it comes from the ancient German Lombardic word bizzo which means "bite." Some etymologists think that the word Pizza comes from the Greek word, "Pitta" which has the root word of pita referring to brand bread.
In any case of the meaning, the doughy-saucy goodness is so popular that customers can order it in many different shapes and sizes. The best part is that you can add just about anything to the top of pizzas… Except pineapple. Sorry, not sorry about it.
According to History.com, "the modern birthplace of pizza is southwestern Italy's Campania region, home to the city of Naples." That is not to say that the ancient Greeks, Romans and Egyptians didn't create their own form of what we know as pizza today.
Pizza possesses many great qualities of convenience and taste. You can find pizza on street corners in New York to upscale restaurants in high-rises with city scape views. Many customers like to pinch it, folding it in half or inside out folding it in half. There is no incorrect way to eat a pizza. Don't listen to the haters.
Pizza places were ranked based on their Google review star rating. Each business was chosen with more than 200 customer reviews.
Las Vegas may not be the origin place of pizza but with our fellow New Yorker and Chicagoan transplants we have saucy pies ready to eat. Did your favorite Las Vegas local pizza shop make the list? See below.

Our story From a very young age, Joey Gonzalez started making pizza with his brothers, Louie, Ronnie, and Roger as he got older it grew into a passion. Working at many pizzerias, he saw firsthand just how deceptive and careless these owners had been.
